El FortiGate 200G es un firewall NGFW en formato rack 1U de Fortinet con throughput de IPS de 9 Gbps, NGFW de 7 Gbps y threat protection de 6 Gbps (tráfico Enterprise Mix). Ofrece 8 puertos GE RJ45, 8 puertos 5GE RJ45, 4 slots GE SFP y 8 slots 10GE SFP+, con fuentes de poder redundantes duales integradas y aceleración por hardware NP7Lite y CP10.
Acelerado por los procesadores NP7Lite y CP10 de Fortinet, el 200G cuadruplica las sesiones concurrentes del 120G (11 M vs 3 M) y casi duplica su IPS (9 vs 5.3 Gbps), manteniendo formato rack 1U estándar. Sus 8 puertos 5GE RJ45 aprovechan cableado Cat 5e/6 existente para entregar hasta 5 Gbps por puerto sin cambiar la infraestructura física, mientras los 8 slots 10GE SFP+ conectan directamente fibra o DAC para uplinks de alta velocidad en campus y data centers de borde. La fuente redundante dual integrada no hot-swappable y el TPM de hardware completan un equipo diseñado para redes que no pueden detenerse.
